Shipping & Handling
Typically, our sweets are shipped within 3-4 days. Our preferred carrier for the shipments is USPS. We ship using 1-3 day First class or 2 day priority.
Shipping days are based on product availability and order volume.
Delays with USPS: Please note, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delays due to increased mail volume and limited resources in COVID-19 pandemic. Also, due to increased mail volume, some shipments are not being scanned which will result in inaccurate tracking information. We appreciate your patience while USPS works to deliver your shipment. Please allow at-least 7 days between order date and delivery date. Keep extra 3-5 business days if you have an important occasion. Refrigerate upon receiving.
We are not responsible for USPS delays. Our sweets have good shelf life. We guarantee they will be fresh even if shipment is delayed.

If you have any issues with shipped product, please take a picture and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to resolve.
If you are not satisfied with the product, return the entire box even if it is opened. We will refund your money. No questions asked. We understand how it is trying a new product.
